betpri Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpri platform at betpri.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User" or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the betpri Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the betpri Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the betpri Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpri operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity creating an account for a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the betpri Platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a betpri employee, director, officer, agent, or a close family member of any such person.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) betpri account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betpri employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and any balances held suspended pending investigation.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. betpri may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC) and proof of your payment method.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify betpri immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• betpri will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

betpri maintains a PKR-denominated wallet for each registered account. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• betpri reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to originate from a third-party instrument.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• betpri may impose withdrawal limits and may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds.
• Deposits credited through promotional offers or bonuses are subject to the bonus terms set out in Section 6 of these Terms.

All bets placed on the betpri Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general betting rules apply across all betpri products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by betpri's system and a bet reference number is issued.
• betpri reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live betting rules. betpri does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets at any given time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may be adjusted by betpri at any time without prior notice.
• PSL, T20I, ODI, and Test cricket markets are subject to additional cricket-specific betting rules available within the betpri sportsbook.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, engage in arbitrage, or place bets in bad faith will result in void bets and may result in account suspension.

betpri may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to the individual offer, as published at the time the offer is made. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each promotion is limited to one per customer, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• betpri reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• Customers who have chosen to self-exclude are not eligible to claim bonuses during the exclusion period.

betpri Casino offers RNG-based and live dealer casino games including but not limited to blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slot machines, crash games, and instant win games. The following conditions apply to all casino and game activity:

• All RNG-based games are governed by certified random number generation systems. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are indicative of long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments. betpri is not responsible for interruptions caused by connection issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules and the result will be binding.
• betpri reserves the right to suspend any game for maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Progressive jackpot terms, contribution rates, and triggering conditions are game-specific and will be displayed within each game's help section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpri Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and balances, and recovery of any funds withdrawn in connection with prohibited conduct:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the betpri Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Placing bets using insider information regarding the outcome of any event.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corruption in connection with events offered for betting on betpri.

betpri reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account is subject to a regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account closure initiated by the User, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to betpri's standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

betpri is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users via the Account Settings section of the betpri Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may be decreased at any time.
• Session Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpri shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the betpri Platform, even if betpri has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betpri's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betpri does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. betpri will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for availability interruptions.

betpri reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the betpri Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the betpri Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact betpri to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpri is licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or account transaction, you should first contact betpri's customer support team to seek resolution. betpri will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through betpri's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in betpri's licensing documentation.
